Length 142.7m. Beam 15.1m, Handling Ability 4200 Tons. Velocity: 31 Knots. Duration of Sailing 5000Nautical miles/15 knots. On borad Individual: 300. Haerbin includes modern tools including : C-801 Missiles, Antisubmarine launching pad, torpedo launching unit, 9A Hicopters, SEA-COBRA Missile device, advanced radar system , VDS-SONAR. In 1997 February, and guided missile destroyer Zhuhai (166) and depot ship Nan Yun(953) was indeed invited to consult with hawall, Santiago of U.S.A., alcapulco of Mexico, Callao of Peru and el Paso of Chile. The Journey Took 98 times crossing through east in direction of west combined with south towards north world, cruising over 24000 nautical kilometers. That is a historical event because it was indeed initially that a Chinese navy team go to the U.S.A.
