This model illustrates the special Inter-coloring edition YZR-M1 that raced in 2005 U.S. MotoGP. The commemorative special edition bike had been produced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Yamaha Motor. Tamiya?s model faithfully replicates the distinctive markings of U.S. Grand Prix version, aided by the lightweight and streamlined sort of the 2005 YZR-M1.
