Description

Complete 2-speed transmission set. Includes 46T and 49T molded composite spur gears, 2nd gear footwear set, alloy gear holders with fundamental bearings, and all gear.
The 2-speed transmission elements are positioned up on a precision-manufactured super-smooth lightweight hollow center layshaft produced from tough HUDY shaft metal for 2-speed, which is furthermore heat addressed for additional power and longevity.

The 2-speed gear adapter is CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 for precision fitment linked to the 1-way bearing, allowing super-precise and wobble-free running of spur gears. Top-notch one-way bearing is hand-ground before installation for maximum operating accuracy and energy. The 2-speed adapter is made of hardened steel.
