The Ordnance QF 25 pounder, or higher just, 25-pounder or 25-pdr, have been introduced into solution just before World War II, when it served as the major British industry gun/howitzer. Combining high rates of fire with a fairly deadly shell in an exceptionally mobile piece, it was the British Army's primary artillery industry piece well into the 1960s, with smaller numbers serving in training devices until the 1980s. Numerous Commonwealth of Nations countries used theirs in active or reserve solution until about the 1970s and ammo the gun will be created by Pakistan Ordnance Factories.
