Description

41-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal product such as been especially developed for gear-type items, in addition hardened and precision ground to check the tightest tolerance requires for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is then laser etched with 41T for effortless and instant recognition.
Our unique heat treatment makes the apparatus very hard and strong not simply over the top but in addition in core, ergo supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low usage comparing to standard gears.
