48-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal item which includes been especially developed for gear-type products, additionally hardened and precision ground to fit the tightest limit requires for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear product and each gear is individually tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 48T for fast & easy recognition.

Our unique heat application treatment makes the device very difficult and strong not just initially and in addition in core, this gives you with the unit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low use comparing to standard gears.
