49-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel item including been especially developed for gear-type services, besides hardened and accuracy ground to fit the tightest restriction demands for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear product and each gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 49T for fast & effortless recognition.

Our unique heat application treatment makes the device quite difficult and strong not just on top plus in core, this provides you with the device an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low usage comparing to standard gears.
