46-tooth big bevel gear for Active Center Differential is machined from special HUDY metal product which has been especially developed for gear-type items, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to accommodate the tightest limit demands for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a high-precision German gear device and each gear is by themselves tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is going to be laser etched with "Active 46T" for quick & effortless identification.
Our unique heat application treatment makes kit very difficult and strong not simply ahead and also in core, this provides the unit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with really low usage comparing to standard gears.
