German Heavy Armored Vehicle Sd.Kfz.234/2 Puma
Armored Car With Add-ons
Armed with a long-barrelled 5cm gun turret, the German Army's 8-wheeled Puma could be considered probably the most effective armored automobile reported in WWII. Its design ended up being distinguished by its sloped armor, independent leaf spring suspension, and 8-wheel drive with 8-wheel steering system. Operating on a Czech-made 210hp air-cooled motor, it had been good at an optimum road rate of 80km/h and its own front/rear motorist roles enabled fast withdrawals from battle. 101 examples were built from late-1943 to September 1944 and in addition they had been found in the force reconaissance part on all fronts.
