Towards Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM 2000 Team Original-Teile

Associated with eight Mercedes-Benz CLK used by four groups starting the 2000 German Touring vehicle Masters (DTM), Team Original-Teile had probably the most unique coloring. The paint work in the human anatomy with this car is a reproduction of genuine design marked on a Mercedes vehicle part's field. Markings into the car's front side depict it tearing away from a package as the motor of vehicle rips through wrapping. Tamiya is proud to provide a 1/24 scale model reproduction of the effective machine. The racing form of the Mercedes-Benz CLK maintained exactly the same image whilst the 2-door coupe manufacturing variation, but its "guts" were purely for racing. Having its 4 litter V8 motor this machine took Team Original-Teile 2000 towards top ranks connected with DTM. Driver Peter Dumbreck drew much attention when he captured 2nd spot the 7th and 8th events at Sachsenring.
