Tamiya 54596 - TB-04 Carbon Reinforced Lower Deck OP-1596  [54596]

That's an artificial molded chassis the TB-04 chassis. It uses carbon fibre reinforced resin which adds significant rigidity to any TB-04 chassis device compared to the fiberglass reinforced framework within stock TB-04 kits. A stiffer framework is quite helpful on higher-grip circuits.
