That is a couple of back Aluminum Wheels with Mounted Rubber Tires for the
Tamiya 1/14 Scale Tractor Trucks.

-Two back Aluminum Wheels
-Two right back Tires with path Tread (the same as on a genuine vehicle)

-Eighteen 1.6x4mm Cap Screws (for mounting Hub Caps)
