The North American T-6G was indeed produced as a training aircraft in 1934, but wound up used as a fighter, ahead atmosphere controller, higher level trainer, fighter-bomber and interceptor, and became extremely important aircraft of WWII. The T-6G variation was in fact remanufactured from each day airframes and had a 550 hp Pratt & Whitney engine. In 1941, at Tuskegee Army Airfield, Alabama, the T-6G was indeed constantly train the famed African-American fighter squadron, the �Tuskegee Airman�, which became probably the most respected fighter sets of this war.
