This is the Futaba S9253 Digital high rate Rudder F3C Servo for Gyro
with High-Current Wire Lead and "J" Connector Pre-Installed.

This servo can produce high-current draw from your batteries.
If using NiMH or Li-Po batteries, make sure they are capable
of delivering enough Amps.

QUALITIES: Digitally enhanced microprocessors cut about 1/2 the response time
from transmitter input to servo response.
Dual ball bearings inside the output shaft

COMMENTARY: S9253 Digital Servo Precautions,
-It is much better in order to avoid long leads and Y-harnesses particularly with
standard grade cables. If issues are skilled, begin contemplating using
heavy responsibility wire like Futaba's hefty fat show or Hobbico's
Pro Series ,minimizing lead lengths, and/or eliminating Y-harnesses.
-Current Drain: Futaba S9253 Servo is very designed for high-
torque and high-speed, consequently quite high current drain is

(1) Always use a 4.8V NiCd w/gyro. Dry cells are rated at 1.5V
each making the entire voltage 6.0V that will damage the gyro.

a higher cut-off voltage environment that will cause shorter
operation time.
(3) When installing the servo please always check pushrod linkage to make
sure there is absolutely no binding to be able to avoid extortionate power
consumption and minimize living about the engine and battery pack.
Whenever Along with GY501 Gyro:
Switch the GY501 servo frame price function (Frm) from "NOR" to
"tall" showing the performance linked to gyro on fullest.
Setting Method:
(1) Press the GY501 FUNC+ or - key to phone the Servo Frame Rate
Setup Screen.
(2) Press the DATA+ or - key to produce "High".
